President
Kimberly responsible for setting and advancing its strategic vision, safeguarding its mission, and stewarding its financial health. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, provides decisive, principled leadership across fundraising, programs, finance, and external relations, and serves as the organization's primary public representative to donors, partners, government agencies, and the community. Kimberly brings 10 years of experience to Legacy Connections.
TRESURY BLAKE-MARLOW
Vice President
Tresury is the organization's second-ranking executive, partnering closely with the President to translate strategic vision into program execution and organizational results. Tresury oversees core programs and initiatives, deputizes for the President when needed, and ensures that day-to-day program delivery aligns with mission, quality standards, and community needs. She brings 15 years of experience to Legacy Connections prior to being co-founder of her organization called "Pride & Joy", an organization that caters to special needs children.
KAREN ESCOBAR
Chief Operations Officer
Karen leads the internal engine of the organization, ensuring that operations, finance, human resources, technology, and administration run efficiently and in service of the mission. Karen turns strategy into reliable systems and processes, safeguards organizational resources, and creates the infrastructure that allows programs to thrive. She drives the organization's fundraising and development strategy, cultivating major donors, foundations, and corporate and government funding sources. She brings 15 years of experience to Legacy.
ANTHONY JOHNSON
Treasurer
Anthony has over 25 years of experience in money management and property management. He works with donors, vendors, agency staff, management and board members. His responsibilities include monthly reconciliations like accounts payable and receivable, bank and investment accounts and expense accounts. He also oversees incoming donations, asset management and depreciation, grant management, and reporting tasks. He also develops financial policies and controls for the corporation.
CASSANDRA YOUNG
Secretary
Cassandra conducts activities with groups on a public, private, or volunteer basis. She organizes and promote activities according to the needs of individual members. She encourages participates to develop their own activities and leadership skills through group discussions. Ms. Young meets with staff to discuss rules, regulations, and work related issues and oversees the planning, design, and upkeep of recreation facilities and areas.
CAROLYN LEE
Social Director
Carolyn leads the organization's community engagement, events, volunteer relations, and social programming. Her role builds and nurtures the relationships that connect the organization to its members, supporters, and the broader public, creating meaningful experiences that deepen loyalty, expand participation, and reinforce the organization's mission and brand.
FAITH WASHINGTON
Real Estate Director
Faith leads the organization's real estate strategy, including the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of property in support of the mission. This role ensures that the organization's real estate assets are well-managed, financially sound, and aligned with its programmatic and community goals, while navigating the legal, financial, and regulatory complexities of property transactions.
JESSE LEE
Spiritual Director
Reverend Lee has been preaching the gospel of the Lord for many years. His training has help to guide others to their spirtual journeys. His advice and ability to answer questions will greatly help others as they face life's ups and downs. He has help individuals in their discernment, gave them ideas to help them pray. He will also assist with individually scheduled one on one sessions about living out the fullness of their Christian Life.
